Split the different user settings forms onto separate pages/tabs #24

On the Settings page the user can:

Update profile fields for their page
Change their site preferences (visibility and explicit opt-in)
Change their email or password

and these are all separate forms with their own save buttons.

Some users may find all the save buttons confusing. Some ideas to improve it:

Put a tabbed interface and have different tabs for each form
Make separate dedicated pages for each form
