A fun feature for the site could be to give out trivial achievements or awards to keep them interested in coming back each day.

Example: "Streaks" on daily website visits. The site could be like "you've been here for each of the last 30 days!" and give little achievements/trophies for their profile page, so eventually people will wanna come back just to see how long they can keep up their streak.

Or: streaks for entering the chat room every day.
