To anticipate future problematic users, a feature for adding "moderator labels" to accounts that impose some restrictions (take away privileges) from them could be useful.

Some labels could be visible to the user themself, with an explanation about what it means.

Labels would NOT be visible to other users: only to admins and (sometimes) the user themself.

Ideas for labels and their effects could include:

Horny jail: a user's entire gallery is forced to mark the 'explicit' setting for every upload.
- For pervs who purposely upload porn without tagging it, and when other users mark their pics for them, they edit to remove the explicit tag and fight it.
- Chat room version: your camera must always be marked red/explicit.
No moderator assist privileges: e.g. if a user is maliciously flagging every pic on the gallery as Explicit when the pic was not, their ability to flag any more pictures could be revoked.
Admin-only labels not visible to the user: for suspicious users to keep an eye on.

Note: some behaviors like being egregiously spammy in forums/comments would be handled with just a full account ban from the site. Moderator labels would be for more grey zone, possibly abuse-able features.
