If you get a "has also commented on" notification from a subscribed thread, there should be a link to unsubscribe (with confirm modal) right there in the notification.

Example: you comment on somebody's friends-only photo, and they unfriend you. You're subscribed to the page for further comments but no way to opt-out as you can't see the thread.
